Is shipping really free across Australia?

Yes! We offer 100% Free Nationwide Standard Freight on all our bar fridges, beverage centers, and bar freezers to metropolitan and regional locations across Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide, Hobart, Canberra, and regional transport hubs. For small accessory orders under threshold, standard shipping is only $15, but all our major cooling equipment ships free.

How long does delivery take and which couriers do you use?

Orders are dispatched within 24 business hours from our nearest distribution center (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, or Perth). Metro deliveries generally arrive within 2–4 business days. Regional and WA/NT addresses take 4–7 business days. We partner with specialized tailgate freight couriers including Direct Freight Express, Northline, and TNT with full insurance coverage.
